Who we are
Halsted’s Hospitality is a division of Halsted’s Aviation Corporation (HAC) that provides a bespoke meet and greet and concierge program designed to be the best in its class in southern Africa.
We aim to create a full circle of seamless service, ensuring that at every stage of your journey to and back from your respective destinations within Zimbabwe, you will be taken care of by one of our guest liaisons.

Whether you are flying off on an African safari adventure or boarding a flight for business purposes on any domestic airline, the HAC Customer Lounge at the Harare Domestic Terminal is the perfect place to kick back and relax before you start your journey. Indulge in a delicious freshly-brewed coffee for those early morning flights, or sip on an ice-cold gin and tonic to kick start the holiday while you charge up your devices at one of our charging stations!
The HAC Customer lounge is available for any passenger holding a valid and current boarding pass on all domestic airlines for USD$5 per person single entry, inclusive of unlimited wifi and a free coffee or bottled water. Our HAC clients enjoy these amenities for free!
